As our communities continue to feel the increased impact of Coronavirus, we feel it is important to share with you what Transcend, Inc. is doing to help keep people safe and healthy. We are following the Centers for Disease Control's (CDC) guidelines and recommendations on the proper steps to take to help prevent the spread of the virus.

As part of our protocols, we have heightened the cleaning and disinfecting procedures for our vehicles/office to maintain a healthy environment for our staff, drivers, and customers. We've instructed anyone who is not feeling well or has possibly been exposed to the Coronavirus to stay home out of an abundance of caution and self-monitor their symptoms.

In addition, for the safety of everyone involved, effective immediately, Transcend reserves the right to refuse service to any client or customer exhibiting any illness with flu-like symptoms. During this trying time, we will temporarily suspend the Transcend guarantee of service.
